Cuba Trip Update: I am getting lots of posts, inboxes, messages and texts about my upcoming group trip to Cuba December 2014. I need to give you all some information so you will understand and stick by me because you dont want to miss this trip. To organize a custom group trip to Cuba is very complicated due to the regulations that must be followed. This trip will be a LEGAL trip everyone will have a VISA and a passport stamp like mine that says CUBA! Because we are literally a year out I dont have the exact dates or prices however you should block out your calendar for the first two weeks of December. The trip will be approximately 10 days and we will visit several colonial cities on our Afro-Cuban itinerary. Travel to Cuba is expensive because of the regulations there are many parts that must be included....it is what it is. Expect to pay around $4000/pp for this trip. It will be all-inclusive meaning all hotels, flights, transportation, food, tours and most activities will be included in the price. You will need an extra $1000 minimum for spending money. Your credit card, bank card, nothing will work in Cuba. Once you run out of cash you cannot access any way to get more money from your bank so to feel comfortable you will have to bring enough cash. Although your basic needs hotel and food will already be included in the base price. I plan to make the formal trip announcement in January. Be ready to pay a deposit by February 15th of $500. Thats all I have for now...just know I am working on the details and Cuba is Soooooo Worth it!
