Cultura is not the yarts by themselves. The arts are a part of Culture. They may be distinguished by being called high Culture. But they cannot exist well without the rest of their own Cultura. The arts are like a flower, which grows upon a plant and cannot exist for long without the plant. THIS IS ALWAYS TO BE REMEMBERED! Whether it is the paints a painter uses or his canvas, or the books a playwright reads for inspiration, SOMEONE MUST HAVE PRODUCED THOSE MATERIAL THINGS FOR THE ARTIST TO PRODUCE. THAT IS WHY CULTURA IS TOTAL AND NOT SIMPLY AN ARTY DISPLAY.
