Current Vacancies: Position Name: Area Sales Manager / ( DEPOT HEAD) Job Purpose: Driving the Sales growth of the Branch and managing the administration through a team of sales Officers & Support staff for administrating. Desired Qualification & Experience: Graduate-(A Management qualification would an added advantage.) An experience of over 8 years with a minimum of 2 years in a Managerial or Supervisory role. Desired Profile: Work experience related to paints or construction related industry would be preferred. Principle Accountabilities: 1. Sales related: - Achieving pre set Target of Overall Sales - Achievement of focus product sales targets - Achieving Collection Targets by keeping outstanding under control - Achievement of tinting system installation and sales targets - Increment in Market share. - Dealer network expansion. - Sales forecasting and indenting - Team Management & motivation. - Keeping financial discipline of branchHeading a Depot or supervising sales territories or some major institutional customers. - To aid branch Manager in controlling expenses, preparing budgets, call schedules, territory assignments and coverage. - To monitor sales activities by reviewing reports and aiming at achievements of targets - To coordinate and guide the sales persons in making important dealer and industrial calls - To handle all necessary and relevant sales correspondence in his area and sending completed reports on time - To actively participate in market developmental work:- Development of dealer network, identifying potential areas of growth opportunities and tapping them. - To ensure timely achievement of total collection of all dues and deposits - To ensure regular and timely collecting of sales tax forms from customers and strictly avoid future liabilities To monitor the strict adherence of credit norms by the sales person. To maintain an awareness of competitors activities in his area and keep the management informed To monitor the field movement of sales personnel on the basis of monthly journey cycle submitted at the beginning of the month. To conduct weekly meeting with front line field staff at the beginning of each month wherein review of previous months performance and planning for the current month is to be carried out. - 2. Administration related: - Manage depot (godown) with the help of depot team - Stock management - Other office administration - Manage branch administration 3. Other: - Competition tracking - Quick market intelligence Emoluments: No constraint for the right candidate and or as per company policy.
