Curried pumpkin soup! I dont use exact measurements so the ingredients are rough (I have a small slow cooker btw) Half a medium size pumpkin and a quarter of a small pumpkin 3 medium potatoes 1 large brown onion 2 cups of vegetable stock On high for 3.5approx hours Blended with a hand mixer thing lol (with blades) add curry to however you desire, stir in and add thickened cream I used maybe a cup but go by how you like it Also mix in some salt and pepper. Add more curry or cream if you desire. Also wish I had of added some garlic cloves at the beginning but I had none.
