Curtiss was able to lie down flat and sleep in our bed last night - this is a lot of progress. He usually cant sleep lying down because he cant breathe well due to the surgical procedure. He said he was feeling better yesterday so gave it shot and did well. It was nice for all four of us to snuggle last night. He said he is feeling even better today. Starting to decrease the pain meds a little and pain is improving. Still needs to stick with liquids. We tried pureed and it was possible, but difficult. Hes still on lockdown and confined so he doesnt catch any illnesses. We go see the surgeon for follow-up on Friday. I am enjoying being off school, at home, with my cancer free husband and puppies.
