Customer Service Representative Silvertree Capital - Cape Town, Western Cape We are seeking a Customer Service representative to establish a dedicated customer service function within the business. The ideal person for this role will have previous call centre or customer service department experience, ideally within the online/eCommerce space. This person should have familiarity with customer service systems including but not limited to Zendesk. Initially, this person’s main task will be taking responsibility for all customer service within Cybercellar including answering phones, emails and resolving all customer queries. As part of this role, this person will need to liaise with Cybercellar’s courier supplier and with other members of the team, particularly within operations at Cybercellar. Should this person demonstrate the necessary capability, Cybercellar would look to this person to help set up the systems and processes for customer service within the company and build the customer service team when contact volume necessitates it. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. Computer literacy and quick typing speed are also necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and the desire to improve processes as well as deliver excellent service. A basic knowledge of wine is necessary though a passion for wine and more detailed knowledge of wine will be a great advantage. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a desire to learn more about wine as this will allow him/her to be more effective in the role.
