D/E/Ro. Willkommen auf der Seite von „ Besitzerhunde“ Das Pilotprojekt „Besitzerhunde“ ist bei Animed Deutschland / Animed Arad sehr gut angelaufen. Es hat gezeigt, dass diese Art Hilfe in Rumänien dringend benötigt wird und dass dies der richtige Weg für soliden und nachhaltigen Tierschutz in Rumänien ist. Nun beginnt für „BESITZERHUNDE“ die 2. Stufe. Auch hier gilt: Die Hilfe für Besitzer und Hunde steht in diesem Projekt im Vordergrund. An dieser Stelle möchten wir noch einmal die Ursache und das Ziel des Projektes klar definieren: Ursache: ab 01.01.2015 tritt ein neues Gesetz in Kraft, dass den Besitzern von Hunden folgende Details vorschreibt: Kastration, Tollwutimpfung, Micro-Chip incl. R.E.C.S. Registrierung und der Gesundheitspass. Die finanziellen Möglichkeiten vieler Halter erlauben es ihnen aber nicht, diese Vorschriften zu erfüllen. Bei Zuwiderhandlung sind hohe Geldstrafen die Folge. Folge: Wir befürchten, dass sich aus diesem Grunde viele Besitzer gezwungen fühlen, ihre Hunde auszusetzen. Die Vergangenheit hat gezeigt, welche Qualen dann auf die Hunde zukommen. Dieses gilt es zu verhindern! Ziel unseres Projektes „ Besitzerhunde“ wir wollen den Besitzern von Hunden zu helfen, die gesetzlichen Auflagen ab dem 01.01.2015 zu erfüllen. Der Weg: Teil I: Wir möchten in „ Besitzerhunde“ Tierärzte vorstellen, denen das Wohl der Tiere und ihrer Halter am Herzen liegt. Auf Grund der hervorragenden Zusammenarbeit mit Dr. Vet. Iosim Claudiu von Animed Arad wollen wir auch allen anderen engagierten Veterinären in ganz Rumänien die Möglichkeit bieten, das Besitzerhundeprojekt ebenfalls umzusetzen. Veterinäre, die sich bisher für Kastrationen eingesetzt haben, können nun die Art ihrer Hilfe erweitern und sich dem „Besitzerhunde“ Projekt anschließen. Wir suchen Veterinäre, die bereit sind - im Namen der Wohltätigkeit - den finanziell schwachen Besitzern zu helfen. Die Hilfe würde sich auf die folgenden Punkte beziehen: Kastration, Tollwutimpfung, Micro-Chip incl. R.E.C.S. Registrierung und Gesundheitspass Die anfallenden Kosten für diese Hilfe müssen jedoch gedeckt werden. Der Tierarzt kann also seine Bereitschaft, die o. a. Punkte zum Selbstkostenpreis zu erfüllen, bei „ Besitzerhunde“ bekannt geben und für Unterstützung und Patienten für die Maßnahme werben. Teil II: NGOs und Gruppen, die ein Shelter in Rumänien unterstützen, können hier ihre Schützlinge vorstellen und den Kontakt zu einem der anbietenden Tierärzte aufnehmen. Wenn die NGOs oder Gruppen bereits mit einem zugelassenen Veterinär zusammenarbeiten haben die Möglichkeit, die von ihnen betreuten Besitzer / Shelter hier vorzustellen. Auch für sie ist es von größter Wichtigkeit weitere Unterstützer zu finden. Das neue Gesetz gilt auch für private Shelter! Viele von ihnen sind in akuter Gefahr wenn die nötigen gesetzlichen Vorlagen nicht erfüllt sind. „ Besitzerhunde“ sammelt keine Spenden !!! Wir bilden eine Plattform auf der sich Hilfesuchende und Helfer finden können. Besitzerhunde gibt es in jeder Stadt, in jedem Ort in Rumänien! Sie ALLE brauchen unsere Hilfe! English Welcome to the page of OWNERDOGS> The pilot project OWNERDOGS had a very good start with Animed Germany / Animed Arad. It has been shown that this kind of help is urgently needed in Romania and that this is the right way for solid and sustainable animal welfare in Romania. Now begins the second step for OWNERDOGS. Again, the help for owners and their dogs is the priority of this project. At this point we want to define the cause and the target of the project once again: Reason: on 01/01/2015 a new law will be in force: dogs of private owners/Shelters have to fulfill the following requirements: neutering, rabies vaccination, micro-chip incl. R. E. C. S. Registration and health book. But the financial situation of many holders makes it impossible for the owner to fulfill these legal regulations. The result will be high fines for the owners if they will not follow these instructions. Result: we are afraid that in preventing themselves for these fines a lot of owner will abandon and suspend their dogs. The past has shown the torments of the dogs. This is to prevent it! The aim of our project OWNERDOG We want to help the owners of dogs to meet the legal requirements from the 01/01/2015. The way: Part I: We would like to introduce in OWNERDOGS vets, who already take care about the welfare of the animals and their owners. Due to the excellent cooperation with Dr. Vet. Iosim Claudiu by Animed Arad we want to provide all other dedicated veterinarians throughout Romania the possibility to implement the project OWNERDOGS as well. Veterinarians, who have been used for castrations, can now expand the type of their help and to join the OWNERDOG project. We are looking for veterinarians who are willing - in the name of charity - to help the financially weak owners. The help would relate to the following points: Neutering, rabies vaccination, micro-chip incl. R. E. C. S. Registration and health book. However, the costs for such kind of assistance must be covered. The vet who is willing to help to fulfill the above points and just will do the invoice for the real costs can announce this in OWNERDOGS and solicit support and patients for the measure. Part II: NGOs and groups that support a shelter or private persons in Romania will introduce their protégé and make contact with any of offering vets. If the NGOs or groups already work with a licensed veterinarian they have the opportunity to present their supervisory owners / Shelter here. For them it is of the utmost importance to find more supporters. The new law also applies to private Shelters! Many of them are in acute danger if the necessary legal documents will not be available. OWNERDOGS will not collect donations !!! We provide a platform where people seeking help and helpers can find. Owner dogs there are in every city, every town in Romania! They ALL need our help! Romanian Bine ati pe pagina PROPRIETARILOR Proiectul -PROPRIETARII- a avut un inceput foarte bun cu ANIMED Germania si ANIMED Arad . S-a observat ca acest tip de ajutor este necesar de urgenta in Romania si ca acesta este modul cel mai solid si mai bun pentru binele animalelor din Romania . Acum incepe al doilea pas pentru PROPRIETARII. Din nou precizam ca ajutarea proprietarilor si a cainilor este prioritatea acestui proiect . Noi dorim sa definim din nou cauza si target-ul proiectului : Motivul : in 01.01.2015 o noua lege va fi aplicata : cainii proprietarilor si cei din adaposturi trebuie sa indeplineasca urmatoarele cerinte :sterilizare ,vaccinare anti-rabic,micro-cip-are RECScu registrare si carnet de sanatate .Situatia financiara face acest lucru imposibil pentru unii proprietari. Rezultatul va duce la amenzi usturatoare pentru proprietarii care nu vor urma aceste instructiuni . Rezultatul : ne este teama ca pentru a prevenii aceste amenzi multi proprietari isi vor abandona cainii .Trecutul a aratat acest lucru . Acest proiect este pentru a preveni acest fapt ! Scopul proiectului nostru : Dorim sa ajutam proprietarii cainilor pentru a indeplini toate cerintele legale din 01.01.2015. Calea: Partea 1.: Dorim sa introducem in proiectul nostru veterinari care deja se ingrijesc de binestarea animalelor si a proprietarilor acestora . Datorita excelentei colaborari cu Dr. Vet. Iosim Claudiu din ANIMED Arad ,dorim sa oferim si altor veterinari dedicati din Romania ,posibilitatea de a face parte si a aplica acest proiect . Veterinarii care au fost folositi la castrare vor putea ajuta alaturandu-se proiectului PROPRIETARII .Noi cautam veterinari care doresc ajute -facand o opera de caritate- proprietarii slabi financiar. Ajutorul va insemna urmatoarele : sterilizare ,vaccinare ,micro-cip-are ,registrare ,carnet de sanatate . Costurile pentru aceasta asistenta trebuiesc acoperite . Veterinarul care va dori sa ajute la indeplinirea acestor puncte ,va efectua factura cu costurile reale si va anunta /posta in acest proiect pentru a solicita sprijinul nostru . Partea a 2-a: ONG-urile si grupurile care sustin adaposturi sau persoane fizice din Romania isi vor intruce /prezenta un protejat pentru a contacta veterinarul proiectului . In cazul in care ONG/urile sau grupurile acestea lucreaza deja cu un determinat veterinar ei au oportunitatea de a prezenta proprietarii controlati . Pentru ei este foarte important a avea mai multi sustinatori . Noua lege va fi valabila si pentru adaposturi !!!! Foarte multe dintre acestea sunt in real pericol daca documentatia legala nu va fi efectuata. PROPRIETARII nu va colecta donatii !!! Noi oferim o platforma unde oamenii nevoiasi cer si gasesc ajutor . Iar astfel de proprietari de caini sunt in fiecare oras, fiecare sat din Romania !
