DAK to observe Friday as black day against youth killings =>Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) will observe Friday, November seventh, as black day to protest the killing of two youths in Army firing at Chattergam. “Doctors and paramedics in Kashmir hospitals will wear black bands to register their protest against the brutal civilian killings by Indian security forces,” Dr Nisar ul Hassan, President DAK, said in a statement today. He alleged that youths in Kashmir are being targeted by Indian security forces in a “well planned conspiracy”. “India has deprived Kashmiris of all civil liberties, and by killing innocent civilians she has crossed all limits of human rights violations,” Dr Hassan alleged. He added that the DAK will file a petition before United Nations Human Rights Council “seeking its intervention to stop civilian killings in Kashmir by Indian security forces”.
