FLAT DB CHEST PRESS INCLINE DB PRESS DB FLYS STANDING CABLE CHEST PRESS STANDING CABLE FLYS FLAT SINGLE ARM PRESS FULL BODY PRESS UPS (To failure) Each exercise performed with heavy enough weights that 12 Reps is my maximum. You should be doing each set to failure! NEVER able to do 13 reps! If you can then its too easy and WEIGHTS SHOULD BE INCREASED!#liftbig gets you lean!
