DAY 20...GET RIPPED ABS Challenge 15 reps each side of Side crunch (kneel on the floor and lean all the way over to your right side, placing your right palm on the floor. Slowly extend your left leg out as you point your left elbow up towards the sky, bending your left knee bring it in to your elbow, then extend...repeat 14 more times then switch sides), 15 reps each side of One armed plank (lay face down on floor bring yourself up onto your elbows and toes...modified is on your knees and raise one straight arm in front of you right by your ear and back down, alternate sides), 15 reps each side of TOWEL Torso Twist (in a squat stance, bring your arms up to shoulder height while holding a towel tight for resistance...slowly twist side to side, counting each side as ONE rep each) and 15 reps each side of High Scissor Kicks (lay on the floor facing the sky with arms directly by your sides, bring STRAIGHT legs up and scissor kick each foot in front of the other until you perform 15 reps each)...REPEAT all four exercises 3 more times.
