DAY 24: Sata Makes First Public Appearance in 3 Weeks President Michael Sata this morning made the first public appearance in three weeks and also marked his return to facebook after a little over one month hiatus. Speculation about President Sata’s health has been rife in the country with the Head of State making a secret in and out medical trip to Israel. President Sata’s medical trip to Israel was shrouded in secrecy as he left and return in the night following appearances in public that showed his frail and weak image. In today’s images posted by George Chellah on the President’s facebook page, President Sata looked a distant better from the last time he appeared in public but there were no close ups. President Sata addressed a Cabinet Meeting but his health, according to informers, still looks shaken. President Sata’s last appearance on facebook was on June 6, 2014.
