DAY 37 of the CA Prisoner Hunger Strike This is where body fat is gone, the body still eats though, eats muscle tissue.. over 15% of your body weight gone, salt levels so low that it becomes hard to take in water, dizziness, extreme fatigue, cramping, episodes of delirium sometimes, the guards have thrown you in the hole if they have labeled you a leader, sand bagged your door to halt communication with your brothers and stifle the flow of air, asthma attacks, guards tossing your cell at all hours to disrupt your sleep and retaliate sometimes slipping a tray of food into your cell to let you look at it all day... the nurse strolls down the center of your corridor yelling out if you want help but not even stopping to hear any answer, the medical care only goes to those who drop out and start taking food.
