DAYS OF PROSPERITY...DAY 23 My Faith for Provision Works All the Time Day #23 A. Galatians 6:9: “Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” 1. AMP: “Let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.” 2. A note to Pastor Wycliffe: “Thank you, Pastor Wycliffe, for teaching us about reaping. We have been going back over your first ‘10 Days of Prosperity’ on the Internet. It is really blessing us. We had been asking the same question over and over again—‘We tithe and give, but we are not seeing results. Why isn’t it working for us?’ After reviewing your series, we are very encouraged! Our faith is back on track and is now working again!” 3. Many ask the same question: “Why isn’t it working for me?” 4. When they tithe and sow and don’t see results, they get discouraged, and wonder why it doesn’t work. 5. They don’t realize that their harvest is right around the faith corner. B. Hebrews 10:23, 35-36: We Must Stand Firm in Faith Until We See the Results 1. Verse 23: “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised).” a. NLT: “Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.” 2. We must stay encouraged and continue to use our faith. 3. Verses 35-36: “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which has great recompense of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.” a. AMP: “Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward. For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised.” b. Cast not away your boldness of speech and confession. 4. Hebrews 6:12: Be imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. 5. Patience a.
