You can never grow beyond the circle of your friends, If you are serious about your destination, you have to be particular about the kind of friends you keep. (Prov. 13:20). Most of the things happening in your life are being emphasized, strengthened or weakened by the people around you. Choose your friends wisely, you can strategically move your life forward by the company you keep. Your company determines where you will get to, how you will get there. You have to be selective about your friends, you have to move with people who are going in the same direction as you, strategically pursue friendships that will be beneficial to you. Just as evil communication corrupts good manners, so does good communication correct bad manners. Strategically position yourself away from toxic gist and negative influences, Look for people who promote your potentials, encourage you and motivate you. It is better to fly solo than have wrong friends, it is also better to have good friends than to fly solo. Strategically choose your friends, your friends either promote or strenghten your virtues, your greatness or vice versa.
