DEPRESSION: it is not a well-known phenomenon in very poor - TopicsExpress

DEPRESSION: it is not a well-known phenomenon in very poor countries. That leads me to believe lots of our depression origin is originated from sources other than a chemical imbalance. In very poor countries, people cant afford to stay still, paralyzed due to depression. They have to get going or they wont eat. That does not take away any of the seriousness of depression, regardless of what it causes it. I suffered from depression for years, long ago. It wasnt a natural chemical imbalance, but rather consequences of a mix of extreme losses, fear of the present and future and loneliness. Back then, I was the loneliest teen you could ever meet, and that made me walk around with my head down. If I could give a angle advice to anyone with depression, it would be the following: GET BUSY. Find something to do. Clean your house, shave your face, pussy, clean up, workout, masturbate, volunteer, drag yourself into doing something productive to you and or to others. The above wont cure depression, but it will certainly help.
