DERMATOLOGY PUZZLE.... Rash following an upper respiratory tract infection... A 25 year old male presented with a history of a three week history of intermittent fever and tender, red plaques on his legs, arms and around his neck following an upper respiratory tract infection. Rash was prominent on the back of his hands and on his fingers. There was no rash on the trunk. A full blood count revealed a raised neutrophil count. Biopsy of one of the lesions revealed neutrophilic infiltrate without any evidence of primary vasculitis. What is the diagnosis? What other circumstances are associated with this condition? What is the treatment of the classical form of this condition? gpnotebook.co.uk/simplepage.cfm?ID=-838467511
