DESTROYING THE STATUS QUO (Part One) Deuteronomy 1:6 The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: Status quo is a force that holds down destinies, not allowing forward movement in the journey of greatness in life. Therefore, I want to remind you that God Himself is not happy with status quo. That was why He kept telling the children of Israel to keep moving forward if not, status quo will hold them down and not allowing them to get to their Promised Land. Despite the warning in Deuteronomy 1:6, as if thats not enough, God shouted again in chapter 2 verses 2 to 3 of that same book saying; And the LORD spake unto me, saying, Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward Pray this prayer: I stand upon the word of the LORD, and the BLOOD of the LAMB of GOD to destroy every force of status quo that is holding down my life and destiny in the name of Jesus.
