If they don’t do the right thing discipline them i.e. query, warning 2x, suspension before dismissal. However, in grievous cases dont hesitate to dismiss them Have a warm relationship with your employees. Remember when your employees are happy your customers will be happy. Don’t withhold their salary (Lev. 19:13) Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbor, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning. Don’t make romantic advances at your employees. For envy sake, don’t expose all your personal breakthroughs to them.
