The apparitions of our LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL in the title MEDIATRIX OF ALL GRACE with the showers of petals inside the Monastery is actually happened in the year 1991 when I was then in Poiano Verona, Italy visiting the Carmelites Sisters and joining for the vespers when we are in our Novitiate Period near the Monastery within the City of Verona. That is why send text message last night July 08, 2013 regarding the date of JULY 16 that is every year is important to our Filipino People in deepening why after the EDSA OF 1986 and even of the EDSA OF 2001 it is truly and actually proven being HUMBLE SERVANTS of the RISEN LORD why the REVOLUTIONS is not anymore to recognized of the WORLD for our Consecration and Sanctification to the Sacred heart of Jesus & Immaculate Heart of Mary as far as September 12 after the BIRTH OF MARY is an important pastoral care. This is in particular to all our State and Church Leaders regarding of choosing or to have a LEGITIMATE LEADER each of the nations around the world why REVOLUTIONS is not anymore to commemorate as HEROISM the PEOPLE POWER as far as our Constituted Authorities and Law Making Bodies including our Law Enforcers are concerned of their involvement. For it shows clearly as a lesson of UNCONSTITUTIONAL to forcefully OUSTED the LEGITIMATE LEADER as majority voted of our People for the true Spirit of VOX POPULI VOX DEI should be the first and foremost to be given attentions of our authorities concerned especially of the COMELEC and the DILG with our VOTERS since we defined that the right to VOTE is SACRED. That is why a true CHANGED and DEVELOPMENT of each nations and people is lesson of the past for what happened in our Political Systems and POLITICALTURMOIL using this divisions and disunity to other tactics such of Graft & Corruptions and of being in the Poverty Line of ECONOMIC CRISIS while the true reasons is that there are OTHER AGENDAS of political rivals using majority of the people to revolt. With this, it is why after the National & Local Elections 2016 as we are preparing ourselves for three (3) years on this year 2013-2014 being a HUMBLE SERVANTS of the RISEN LORD JESUS as his disciples it is also the reason why I concede to give way to my younger brother who is now elected as VICE MAYOR OF BALAYAN instead to run for MAYOR OF BALAYAN which with the family approval and consent that is why running for PRESIDENCY on the Elections 2016 is actually our family priorities on the National & Local Elections 2016 and CHARTER CHANGED of the 1986-1987 Philippine Constitution is the first priority for the newly elected PRESIDENT of the Republic of the Philippines of our Philippine Government as far as our Catholic Bishops of the Philippines (CBCP) are also concerned. The effect either the openness as pastoral care which other are not being convinced but majority believed having the gift of prophetic vision and sacred power through the Apostolic Line "gift of the Spirit" as far as our FAITH is concerned and good works let us to concretely accept with humility that there are basis of facts of what happened about the CHAOS in the Philippine Context before and after the two (2) PEOPLE POWER REVOLUTIONS and it is clearly proven before we are being sent of the SHMI Fathers going to Rome, Italy year 1991 that is actually feast of OUR LADY OF MT. CARMEL of July 16. THANKSGIVING MASS that is to be done on July 16, 2013 for almost 22 years since year 1991 is important as the main celebrant to celebrate the HOLY EUCHARIST/MASS before the NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER & WORLD PEACE on September 12, 2013 as preparations for our Consecrations and Sanctification to the Sacred Heart of Jesus & Immaculate Heart of Mary. Happy feast Day on Monday July 16, 2013 to all devotees of our LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL since I also doing pastoral visitations every year to the Carmelites Sisters in the Monastery on the feast every July 16 to Con-celebrate with the Bishops and priests in the Concelebrated Mass.
