DO NOT EVER USE CDL CARPET AND FLOOR CENTRE north or south! My insurance company set me up with this company...what an unprofessional joke of a company! I called CDL just now for an update on my carpet and tile flooring because I hadnt heard anything from them about confirmation of install dates. Thank god I phoned! 4 days before Im suppose to move back home CDL says oops they realized they havent ordered my tile....the tile and carpet I took 3 days off work to go select and order so that I could move in on time! Im now somehow expected to move back into a home with no functional shower or bathroom! They will however accept my money for the carpet and hardwood that is ordered and in. And they will order the tile again and itll be in, in two more weeks, but they cant install it for another month. Whats worse is apparently theyve known about this little glitch for a week but the owner was soooo busy he forgot to tell me and then he went on holidays. The hardwood is being installed as we speak, and I told them to finish that, but then told them they could go shove their carpet and tile up their ass. Im not giving CDL one more penny of my money insurance or otherwise. They werent even apologetic. Instead the attitude was too bad so sad. Nice. I called my insurance company and told them they better find me a new place to live come Friday because I want CDL off the job immediately and they need to sort out this mess.
