Break off diplomatic relations with Russia 2. Cancel all pending commercial contracts with Russia 3. Prohibit trade with Russia 4. Impose draconian sanctions against ALL Russian banks and financial institutions 5. Expel Russia from all international organizations 6. Announce that effective immediately, the U.S. will supply Ukraine on an expedited basis with tanks, armored vehicles, helicopter gun ships, and advisers to assist with training Ukrainian Special Forces -- along with intelligence and drones. Proportional or incremental sanctions will have utterly no effect on Putin. Let him ponder the future of Russia if NATO countries decide to completely isolate Russia.
