DO WE APPRECIATE GOD? ...let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear...Hebrews 12:28 ...When someone does something nice for us, we normally say thank you. We tell that person how much we appreciate what he or she did. God has done so many wonderful things for us. He loves and cares for us. How do we tell Him that we appreciate all that He has done? One way is to give God honor. To give honor to God means to give Him a high place in our thinking. We also show honor when we tell others how great He is. The Bible says in Psalm 66:2, Sing to the glory of His name; offer Him glory and praise! Instead of bragging when someone gives you a compliment, you honor God by saying, Thank you. It was God who helped me. We are giving the honor to Him for what He does in our life. (Christian Post) .....God is the one who is worthy of our praise and honor. Will you honor Him today and every day? When God helps you, tell Him how much you appreciate His help. Let others know how great our Heavenly Father is. They will want to know Him, too.
