DPS Abohar celebrated the Childrens Day with a lot of zeal and zest. Every student was a part of the magnificent show which was put up by the team of teachers. The day started with the combined base group session for all the students from Pre nursery to Grade VI. Group song, speech on importance of children day, skit and a dance performance made the show a big hit which elated each and every student. Sports plays an indispensable role in the life of a student. The fun track events like 3 leg race, balloon race, relay race, sack race etc provided a platform to the students to showcase their latent talent. The event came to a close with the prize distribution along with the cutting of the cake ceremony. The day was surged with a spirit of healthy competition teamed with a contented life and a beautiful smile on every childs face was the gift given to each child by DPS Abohar family.
