DS Advice. Next July I need to move out from my condo because the owner SOLD the home, so new owner wants to move in. I already found a new apt, so no problem. I had contract only the first year, after that the owner said I could stay also without an official contract. I had no problem at all till now (3 years) Now I would like to have some advice in order to get the FULL amount of deposit back without any silly excuse from the tenant. moreover, the tenant sold the apt, so no need to renew or fix, since I believe she dont care much anymore. And also I did not choose to move out, she decided. Any suggestions on how to avoid she refuse to refund total deposit? The home is perfect with no any damage/alteration done by me. Thanks.
