WHAT IS UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, ALL AROUND, EYES CLOSED, EYES OPEN, CHILLIN THIS WAY, CHILLIN THAT WAY!?!?!?!???? I hope you all are FIRED UP TODAY AND READY FOR ANOTHER SOLID MONTH OF WORK (No Pre-Workout.... All COMPASSION!!!) And if your just getting your feet wet for the first time Training, process the effects of your body FIRST, then replenish these effects through nutritional needs and wants second, to create the consistency to learn about what your mind/body more importantly your life, have the ability to do! Jump Squats will take your Squat Game, Leg Game to a whole other level! But you have got to make sure you develop the fundamentals of jumping first with an established base in order to make progression towards this exercise! I have been a sprinter and a jumper my whole life, and Ive had to learn how to make this better, even up to today to use this in my programming as efficient as possible. Athletes, you all need explosiveness, plus like I said on FB today, you will develop HUNGER! And even if your not an athlete training towards a greater functionality, you will reap the same benefits for your body type if this exercise is implemented correctly in your programming to have EXCITATION of your mind/body!
