Dahi Gunjiya Soak one cup dhuli udah overnight Grind into paste widout water Beat the batter till white and fluffy Keep aside Make a filling of scraped fresh coconut abt 1tbsp 1tsp raisins 1tsp chopped cashews 1tsp chopped green coriander Mix welll Adding cheeronji also is optional On a plate spread a wet cloth Keep a bowl of water side mein Sprinkle some water on the cloth Dip ur fingers in water Take abt a small ball of the grounded dough Put it on the wet cloth Spread into a round disc flattening wid fingers Keep abt half tsp of the mix in the centre Now picking up the cloth try to close the bara into half a circle pressing the edges forming the shape of a gunjiya Now gently transfer into ur fingers raising the cloth wid other hand and immediately put into the hot oil and deep fry till golden Keep aside Now in a big pan fill wid tepid water and add salt in it Abt one and half tsp Soak these gunjiyas till they are soft and fluffy After abt one or two hrs Gently squeeze these gunjiyas widin ur palms one by one. Mix yoghurt adding one tsp sugar and salt to taste in a broad pan. Add these gunjiyas to soak the yoghurt till u serve During summers keep in fridge While serving use a broad plate or tray slightly deep Take out the gunjiyas and arrange one by one Pour more dahi over it Sprinkle roasted cumin pwder and chilli pwd Sprinkle some fresh chopped green corriander And can also put some sweet tamarind chutney Also garnish wid some bhujiya One can arrange the garnish in bowls and let the guests choose their own garnishing Enjoy
