Nothing else is going on in your life. Now you take this second and you extend it out to the next second and the next. You put in your life what your mission is. What you love to do. What your bliss is and you follow your passion down the road; one second, one step at a time. So, the daily practice is; Live now. Live your passion. Live your mission. LIve your purpose.
