Daily Rant….Well peeps the votes were cast and for the present time we are not going to be dragged into another Middle East conflict. There are plenty of war torn countries around the world and I think it is very cynical of our “elected officials” to pick and choose which ones to intervene in. They have again totally misjudged the feelings of the average guy in the street whose sons and daughters end up on the front lines paying the price in order to ‘look good’ in the eyes of the International community and keep pally with Obama’s warmongering profiteers. Has our International ‘image’ been tarnished? Will we recover from the ‘shame’ of not jumping feet first into yet another ‘war: not of our making’? 1) People are pi$$ed at previous excursions to Iraq, Libya & Afghanistan 2) History repeats itself… and there will be another ‘war’ for us to rant about next year 3) We no longer ’rule the waves’ with gunboat diplomacy Get a grip Mr Government.
