Dare to dream big…..Envision great things! When some hear those words, the first thing that comes to mind is ‘lack of money” and in fact if we are focusing only on the final outcome, lots of money is needed to make that happen. However, why are we focusing on the final outcome as a whole? Why don’t we set that vision, yet focus on how to get started? When we compare the success of those that went before us, we can’t lose sight that they began just where you and I are today. Therefore, what did they do to get started? Why not start with researching the story of those that did what you want to do? Why not look to see what you can learn from them, benchmark. Those that went ahead of you, they not only have acquired financial stability, they have acquired EXPERIENCE and it is that experience that brings everything together. That experience did not happen overnight, it happened by the initiative to get started. Don’t get me wrong…..your specific dreams might need money to get started and some of us will need more than others. But don’t just know you need money, look to see what you can do that costs you little to nothing just to get started. Research the options; find out how others got started. And yes, do the research of those who went before you and succeeded, you don’t need to follow the footsteps of those who attempted and quit when things got tough. Starting something new is challenging and it requires a belief, a strong belief that not only you can do it, but that you deserve it. Many times we not only focus on how much money it will take to have that DREAM come true, we also focus on self-doubt. Dare to dream big….Envision great things and then do the leg work, research, get clear on what is needed and what you can begin to do now.
