& David Suzuki follows CBC Kids ~ our lovely little lady - takes in about 3 minutes of The Nature of Things & likes him & asked if hes a Science Man & I say ~ Yes hes a scientist & environmentalist & how hes had this wonderful show for many years & that he loves our planet & our country.... She now says - shed love to be a scientist ~ its always been there... this natural interest - trust us - just consider how many questions she asks per day & then multiply that by as many years as shes been able to ask & KABOOM - well nurture it & possibly offer extra-curricular activities & just hope her 1st Gr. through ~Forever~ Teachers can also nurture it or at least not snuff the natural curiosity out!?!?
