But we have said No to unhealthy versions and decided to make our own spread. Here’s how you can make it at home: Herbed Spread Servings per recipe: 1/2 Cup 1/2 cup Epic canola margarine 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
