If all that doesnt say, do it! I dont know what will! Start from high lunge, rotate the back heel to the mat and reach your finger tips from the front off the mat to the back of the mat. Imagine that your shoulders are resting over your hips, and your front knee is bent, resting over or behind the ankle (if you were to look down at your knee, it would track over your ankle so you wont be able to see your ankle.) Soften your shoulders. Gaze over the fingers on the arm reaching over the front knee. Some teachers say, Tuck your tail bone. I think its more about the hip points sinking toward the earth, and not tucking your tail bone. Try it! 3-5 breaths here. #practice #yogaeveryday #yoga
