Day 14 and I am starting to get back on the laughter track after lots of sleep and self-care for my sprained foot. I am moving slowly and have had some definite grumpy moments. Have you ever pushed yourself too far and not known it until you were already grumpy? That was me today. Tomorrow I will increase my laughter self-care. Today was a full day and I got to remember what happens when my body is healing, and hungry, and tired…I get grumpy and negative. An hour before I made this video I was feeling negative and down. Then I laughed with a buddy over the phone for 15+ min and felt SO much better. Resistance to what is happening in the moment is painful…and really good to laugh with. All were doing is breathing more and coming back to center as we keep laughing.
