Day 15: As we end our 50th year, we are celebrating what God has done in the lives of thousands of students throughout the last six decades in a very unique way. YFC was started in Omaha by a group of volunteers almost 60 years ago, and it became an official non-profit 50 years ago! Every day in the month of December, we will have former Omaha area YFC kids sharing their story through a short, one minute selfie video. We hope that you will find these former students stories encouraging, motivating, and a blessing. Thank you Trent for sharing your story with us today, we praise God for you and His work in your life! Its hard to even imagine what the YFC leaders and students would have thought 50 years ago about the concept of a selfie? Times have changed, but our vision remains the same - that every kid will hear the life-changing message of Jesus from someone they know and trust. Celebrate changed lives with us! We invite and ask you to share the experience with us by liking, commenting, and sharing these Facebook posts daily. Through this simple method, more people will become aware of YFC in Omaha and throughout the world...and hopefully parents will get their kids involved, new donors will begin to support, volunteer leaders will sign up, and ultimately our hope is that EVERY KID in Omaha hears the message of Jesus!
