Day 2 of Spartan Races #spartan30 push-ups in 30 days Its been 42 hours since I left the ER, 16 hours since last dose of Flexeril and Cataflam. Ill be waterboarded before I take another Vicodin. Believe me when I say that I was feeling every one of these. This was definitely a Rule #30 day. My cat Lucita thought that we were playing and she kept interrupting me (either that or she wanted to be on the Interwebz - she is a cat after all) so I managed to only get 20 in one sitting, the remaining 10 off camera. Whats your excuse?
