Day 3 #IndependenceArmy is Chaturanga Dandasana, Four Limbed Staff Posture, also known simply as the push-up position. This challenging arm balance is used as a transition in nearly every Ashtanga Yoga vinyasa so it is understood to be one of the fundamental strength postures. Work hard to balance the effort of the arms with the activation of the core and keep the corners of the shoulders pointing forward. This posture took me years to feel stable in so dont rush, if you can dont proper form just out your knees down for support or just repeat plank.
