Day 30: Today, I am grateful for lessons learned over this 30 day - TopicsExpress

Day 30: Today, I am grateful for lessons learned over this 30 day journey. First and foremost, I have SOOOO much to be grateful for. I pray I continue to live my life daily with an attitude of gratitude. I am blessed to be reminded of in this process. I could never have really fairly captured my gratitude via simple posts on Facebook (to even contemplate this idea, well, I experienced, is beyond humorous...). I am however, extremely grateful for the many, many private, poignant moments throughout these 30 days where I was offered the gift to consciously contemplate the amazing gifts of grace in my life, the small and large acts of kindness that I receive daily, love that has been freely offered and then multiplied through me (more times than I could ever count just in these 30 days), sparks of amazement, surprise, joy, laughter, even sometimes tears, experienced by me these 30 days and well, for the last 50 (+) years of my life. These precious moments remind me how alive and human I really am. The thing I am most grateful for today, really, is it is the 30th day of this process. I have become more aware then ever, I dont need a 30 day challenge on FB to practice the principal of gratitude daily. Gratitude is now so integrated into my life, it is a habit, a good habit; I am so grateful. Thank you, to the teachers who offered me this practice many, many years ago (most especially, my Mom & Dad, Irene D., and John V.). Paying it forward (to readers of this post) I hope like me, you might open with awareness to each and every precious moment in your life: give a hug, hold a hand, tell your loved ones of your love, offer simple acts of kindness to (well, anyone and everyone), and while I have your attention, practice asana. Gratefully, off I go to practice at the Arlington Center with Chip Hartranft. Sat nam, Kmm
