Day 35 in the hospital: NO MORE CHEMO! Megan has finished her chemo! Tomorrow is a day of rest. Tuesday is the Big day! Megan gets her new stem cells. Yesterday, Megan was very nauseous and she slept most of the day. Funny thing, She was wide awake the entire game last night. What a way to end the day. Roll Tide! Today, She has been much better. She has been eating better and feels better. She is one tough cookie! Praise God! The highlight of our day is when Sarah , Megans nurse who was in the bad accident, comes to visit. She walks over here everyday and is doing fantastic! She brightens our day! She has come a long way since the accident. Please continue to pray for her. She still has a long way to go. Thank you for your cards! Remember Megan has a birthday coming up in 10 days. Please continue to send the cards. Its so important to show her support! What gets us through each day is your prayers and support . Please pray specifically these next few days for her appetite and strength. These next few weeks are going to be tough. She is going to have days that she isnt going to want to eat or want to get out of bed. We just pray that she wont have many of these days and that she will remain healthy. Please pray that she will continue to push through and that she will remain strong. I would like for you to pray for her donor. Tomorrow her donor will donate. We are so grateful for this precious girl who is giving Megan the gift of life. I also want to ask your prayers for Megans sweet friends who are also battling cancer. Bailey, Kayla and Kennedy have become our family. We love you and are so grateful to have you in our lives. But Jesus looked at them and said, With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26.
