Day 36 - I think i have found my role in life. i had a light bulb momeny yesterday - i dont have them too often but when they arrive, they are very powerful ! My role in life, apart from being a wife, a mummy, a daughter, a sister, or a friend is to facilitate the good in others ! i find myself day and daily doing this ( in between the giving of the stick and the banter) and i think its one of my great skills ! my light bulb moment made me feel warm inside and definitely brightened my day ! Please have a think today about what makes you warm inside and makes you feel good about yourself ! oh, and by the way, Day 1 didnt go so well of the beginning of my Get Fit Again campaign - Im going to have to do 2 hours today !
