Day 39: drunk cold water (first thing in morning fasts up metabolism), cucumber on eyes (rids bags, soothes & refreshes dryness), blueberries, green tea... no coffee as would have to have sugar in it...natural sugars in fruit reign supreme over sugar additives...sugar additives are not beneficial for our health especially long term, & are the main cause of weight... starting to see results in shifting of weight, & bags around eyes are no longer an issue, skin has improved, energy is returning...implementing more walking into the routine: then further along in the future on Gods time head towards the toning...
