For instance, try using Plain Greek Yogurt in place of Sour Cream, Replace Regular Milk with Almond Milk, Substitute Ground Turkey in place of Ground Beef, Use whole wheat or whole grain breads instead of white. Same goes for pasta, whole grain is a much better choice. Looking for a treat? Try Dark Chocolate instead of Milk Chocolate. Are you feeling the workouts yet? You should be!
