Day 4: (#glutenfree) Today was the hardest of all. BREAKFAST: 1 egg with cheese, 2 cups black coffee LUNCH: Quinoa with black beans, chicken, corn and tomato SNACK: 4 oz nonfat plain greek yogurt, 1 tbs honey, 2 tbs raw almonds. 1/2 banana. 2 turkey meatballs. (I was still craving BREAD, nothing seemed to help.) DINNER: 3 oz Garlic Ginger Chicken over 2 cups of stir fry veggies. (I REALLY wanted rice) 4 gluten free peanut butter cookies. If anyone has any good recommendation to help these bread cravings, I’d love to hear them. I failed with my calorie and sugar intake today, although my calories were at 1,500, I did keep it gluten free. Can’t say that I feel good. Everyone is different, but for me eliminating certain foods makes me want it even more. How do you feel or deal with this issue, I want to know?
