Day 4 #justbepresent is Ubhaya Padangusthasana. Yoga is an invitation to return the mind to the eternal present and some postures demand that you remain present every step of the way. The hardest part about Ubhaya Padangusthasana is rolling up with straight legs to balance. You need a careful activation of the core along with flexibility in the hamstrings and lower back.
