Day 4 of the Dr. suggested body4life diet. Its easier to ooo and an Oreo cookie but thats the kinda thing that I really dont want. I dont want anything but find myself thinking about what I can snack on. I want to run again for some insane reason! I hated every chest pounding, lung searing, leg burning, side splitting, burned up, (convinced I was dying) moment of running! But....I loved it when I passed myself! Passed the self that wanted to quit. Passed the self that whinned. Passed the self that wanted the easy mile but stuck to the hard unforgiving pavement. I want the dignity I left in that last mile!
