Day 4 of the detox programme - You would think that a lack of calories would lead me to be tired. Not a bit. Im still following the food programme to the letter. My 600 calories meal tonight was - chicken, vegetables and pasta. Ill post a photo later. My exercise today consisted of a 2 hour very casual swim. Chatted as I swam and am learning to swim without goggles - A lesson learned from Jonathan Brownlee who lost his goggles in the South Africa Triathlon. Later today I went back to the gym where I did a 35 minute cardio workout and then a small workout. It was so packed with people and their new years reolutions. As well as detoxing my body Im also detoxing my mind. Setting meaningful goals and targets, Giving myself the tools to overcome obstacles in my life and realising why the goals I set myself a few years ago meant nothing. A tough clearing out process.
