Day 5 in the Azores and when we woke up this morning again to strong onshore wind, heavy rain, 6 ft storm surf and cold temps it very much felt like Paradise Lost but our Team maned up and attacked each heat head on, great performances throughout but we lost a few surfers and bodyboarders today in reps 2 and 3, still plenty of competitors left to battle on. So many good highlights today for the team, Ayesha Garvey insane no handed double overhead backside barrel in the free surf this morning had the whole promenade cheering, Dylan Noonan had the current World Under 16 champ on the rocks for most of his heat, Rachel Moore holding her position in 6 ft pounding whitewater that would have scared men twice her size and twice her age, Jack and Billy charging the shorbreak, Aaron O Hare blasting through his first heat of the day and super fit and focused Garbhán Mc Closkey attack big open peaks on the inside,
