Day 56-Landry had a good day today. She had physical therapy today, which consisted of being held and sucking her paci while her feedings were being administered. This helps mimic the feedings by bottle which is our next step. I am still hoping that we will be in an open air bed by the end of the week. This is a big step for Landry, she is growing and progressing Stewart Lee Broussard are so proud of her progress. Today was day 7 of the steroids and our awesome nurse yesterday told us that around day 7 is when you start to see some effects of the steroids, praying for some progress with her lungs. Landry is looking so much like a term baby and is acting like a newborn.
