Day 56 of 56 #bodybyparis #thejourneyisnotover #itsjuststarted So this challenge is finally over and I am so proud of myself for sticking to this as there have been other times that I have tried things and fell short. I started of @ a hefty 108.4kgs and over the 8 week span I managed to get back to double digits to 95.5kgs. Ka kite triples kiara doubles Huge thanks goes out to Paris Winiata Body by Paris and all of #teamhungry everybody have been so supportive you all rock Another to the brother Mike Pewhairangi for kicking my koito and always there to challenge me with another CRAZY FRICKEN workout chur brother Another one goes out to my love Carolyn Perry always being supportive and being my backbone I love you! I had some McDs but I really wanted bread and butter - and that was king... Anyway back on the waka tomorrow with the goal to get under 90kgs by Christmas wheww Anyway, heres the final workout Morning WOD 4 brothers training at Petone Rec (image and time attached) Afternoon WOD (before weigh in) Ran the Wainuiomata side of the hill. This was the first time in 20 years that I jammed that hill - damn! To the top of the hill 11.25mins Full time top to bottom 19.17mins One thing I learnt is that to aim for perfection will not happen but if you aim at being consistent every day and every week - greatness can happen!
