Day 66 JOY!!!!! Wow a hot 9 miles today but the JOY I felt when I finished was awesome. I started earlier and the moment I walked out my door I knew it was going to be a long run. There is something really JOYOUS about starting in the dark and watching the different colors of the beginning of a new day and just having to look up and say WOW GOD you are AMAZING!!!! I saw black-blue-gray-pink-purple then light!!!!! Fortunately the day is cloudy so there was no big yellow ball!!! I find such JOY in running---seeing my buds----encouraging and being encouraged and knowing I am doing something so good for myself! Today I am going to purposely live a day filled with JOY-----hope you do also!!!!!!
