Day 676: What a lovely Sunday so far! Woke up and could feel the difference in my back! (It didnt take me ten minutes to get out of bed.) Hubby and I took the kids to the lake/waterfront and walked around and let them play at the park! Came home and surprised them with homemade chocolate chip pancakes (pretty healthy, used apple sauce and flax seeds) for lunch. Then made mini double chocolate muffins (with apple sauce, flax seed and whole wheat flour) for snacks for the week! Made my hubby homemade date coconut muffins for work and now Im taking a bit of a rest! (Crazy how my back is pulling still...) Sunday is usually my bake and food prep day! This afternoon I will work on making some homemade veggie soup for lunches this week and crispy chickpeas for snacks! I will also take time to do some more strength training for my back ;-) ~Tanya xoxo
